Hi! I’m Rebecca, a responsible, dedicated and caring full-service pet care professional with nearly a decade of experience taking care of dozens of dogs (and a couple of cats too!) for my friends, family, neighbors and clients, so I’m accustomed to and comfortable with pups of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and personalities(Sometimes the chat feature here can be nearly impossible, but I’m nothing if not hand working and resourceful, a creative problem-solver by design.

The most challenging (and noisy!) sitting of my career, the owner had so many pets that he put every one I’ve ever been to to absolute shame! I knew it would be challenging, I that would be understatement of the year, but now I’m so glad to have had that opportunity to learn to care for only such a large quantity
Of animals, but some of the livestock (2 species i had never even seen in person before!) so I took a crash course, both at the farm with my client and trading every vet reference I could get my hands on, most nights the sunrise what was convinced me I needed some actual sleep if I was going to take care of personal zoo, and when the day came I was exited, happy, and of course quite nervous, which is when the client informed me he would only communicate via ***SSAGE during his trip, left me the vets’ (there were 4!) and he was off!

The love of my life was my rescue Pitbull Shelby who came from a life of neglect before I found her so recuse dogs and the tougher cases are my specialty. Teaching her it was ok to trust a human again didn’t come overnight but with patience and a whole lot of love she became my best friend and we were attached at the hip, literally! I nicknamed her “Shadow” because I couldn’t walk 10 feet without her by my side and earning her trust and helping her heal was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
One of my amazing clients refers to me as her “puppy nanny” which is a nickname I LOVE and also take as a huge compliment, as that’s the extent of love, attention and care with which I treat every animal under my care. My services include the basics; walks, drop-ins and pet/house sitting, but in addition I provide more personalized care as well. I’m available for accompaniment & transportation to vet and grooming visits, date-night “babysitting”, extended care, taking your pup on a PetCo shopping spree, and virtually anything/everything else you need or want to help you care for your precious and priceless pets.
I am an animal lover through and through so pet care is so much more than a job to me. The most important aspect of my job is to give you complete peace of mind that your fur baby is being treated with as much love & attention as I do my own and pet care is far more than just a job to me; it’s a heartfelt commitment to my clients (and your furry family members!) that your beloved pet’s health and happiness is my TOP priority the entire time I’m entrusted with their care.
