Ever since I got my first dog in elementary school, I have loved animals so much ever since. I have always felt I have a special bond with animals whether it be cats, dogs or even goats or horses. Animals are an important part of the world and treating them like a part of the family is important! A little about me, my name is Emily and I am currently studying at Western Michigan University. A few hobbies of mine are reading, writing, and practicing yoga!
I have only owned one dog, a beagle named Daisy. She passed away about a year ago after being in our lives for about 8 years (we adopted her age 4) She was my best friend and companion. I took her on walks and fed her most of the time, along with help from my brother! My dog had epilepsy so I am able to detect when a seizure may be accurring and I know how to handle the situation.
I am very passionate about taking care of animals and creating a safe, fun environment for them!
It gives me a reason to see many different animals while I do not have the time to own one myself at the moment. It is so cool getting to take care of all different types of animals and build relationships with their owners aswell!
