Summary.
I'm willing to do whatever the owner wants. I'm used to taking care of dogs with health issues so that's not an issue. Walks are included. There is a really big nice open field near me where we can play fetch, ball or just run around. In terms of other animals like cats, rodents, etc. I have some toys that we could use. How many pets I can watch at a time depends on how well the dogs are familiar with each other.
