Hi there! My name is Christina B. and I am a huge pet lover! Dogs are probably my favorite, however. ;) I love their unique personalities and their loyalty to their owners.
Growing up, I’ve always had a pet. I’ve had birds, rabbits, cats and dogs. My family and I also always fostered dogs in animal shelters. I’ve helped care for animals in all stages of life, as well as some with medical needs. I don’t have any pets now, but am working on convincing my husband our little family needs a dog. I also board animals out of my home because of this. I care for my family and friends pets when they are out of town. The pets love the fenced in dog park down the street and I enjoy taking their sweet pets on walks around the neighborhood.

Summary.
Hi, thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Christina. I am an animal lover, and have personally cared for various types of animals, including but not limited to; dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, horses and fish.
For many years, I fostered dogs for various rescues and shelters with my family. I have cared for dogs and cats in all stages of life; from newborn to sweet seniors needing for comfort care. I have also administered daily medicines when requested by owner.
I currently do not have any animals or children in my home. If having your animal stay overnight with me works best for your needs and schedule, I ask that your pets please be up to date on their flea/tick prevention and their shots. I also only allow1 pet (2 if from the same family) in my home at a time. This is to ensure your pet’s safety, health and also to make sure that your pet(s) are receiving the attention they should be getting.
A Little About Myself:
I do work from home with the exception of a few times a month, I go into the office for meetings. Aside from that, your pet would only be left alone for quick errands or scheduled doctor’s appointments.
I live in an apartment with my husband, Corey. We are young, but we are both experienced animal lovers! Growing up, I’ve always had a pet; birds, rabbits, cats, dogs. We also has always fostered dogs/cats. My husband has always had cats, but he loves my mother’s 3 boxer mastiffs as his own.
Our apartment is a very safe area located in Kernersville. For the dogs that we board, we love taking them for walks around the complex. There is very light traffic and there are designated grassy areas to walk the dogs in for their safety. We also have a fenced in ‘dog park’ if you are comfortable with the idea. The dogs we board really enjoy it there. Our most recent board was a 5 month old Jack Russell Terrier and he loved it!
Some Requests:
We do ask that you bring their food and their food/water dishes. We also ask that you bring a few toys from home to occupy them. If they have any dog bones or dog treats, and you’d like to bring those as well, we will make sure they have them when supervised. Does your pet have a cage or a crate, that they are used to? We also ask that if you have2 pets that need boarding (from the same family please), that you bring2 separate dog food beds,2 separate sets of food/water bowls and2 separate crates. If you don’t have either a crate/dog carrier or a dog bed, but have a baby gate, we would be more than glad to have your sweet pet stay in our bathroom using a baby gate when we are away. If you do not have a dog bed for your pet, please also bring a towel or2 for your pet to lay on in the crate, and I’ll make sure they’re washed and folded for you when you pick up your dog. Please know that the only time your sweet pet would be in the crate/cage/bathroom with a gate, would be when I’m away. It is just as a safety precaution.
