Emily & Guest's Pets
I'm a huge pet lover and have been around animals all my life. I love playing and spending time with animals. All animals have their own personality and I love getting to know each and every one's.
I have owned my dog Ogie since I was ten. I had the choice of a dog and a tv and I chose a tv since I didn't think I was ready for a dog. When me and my mom left the house to get the tv right outside was this little black matted ball of fur rolling around in my front yard. At that moment I knew he was my dog. He had a collar and tags so we knew we had to take him yo the shelter to get scanned. The intake lady had looked at his tags and told us that they were car tags which made me really happy because it didn't look like he had any owners. The first two letters on the tag I D was OG so that's how I picked out his name. Unfortunately he was chipped but the house he was registered to was foreclosed and the contact information was out dated. I had to wait two weeks for him just in case his owners showed up. When I took him home he had kennel cough and we couldn't take him to a groomer until he was better and my mom wouldn't outside because he smelt really bad. So I would sleep outside with him in a tent and give him his medicine mixed with spam until he was better. When he was better I decided I wanted to give him his haircut since he was very nervous around stranger's and didn't liked to be touched by anyone but me. So after I bought a kid and rewatched the grooming video about five times I gave him a major make over. Regretfully he looked like a Dr. Suess creature at the end but he was very happy and goofy in the end. I still have him after 10 years he's a happy 13 year old puppy who gets way better hair cuts after a few trials.
Niko is my other dog, he's an adorable Australian Shepherd/ Dachshund he was one when I got him from my dad's friend, he was the only one to survive from his litter. His nickname is Niko Piko train since he is extremely long and his howls sound like a train tooting it's horn. He has trouble with breathing sometimes so he doesn't go for walks a lot but does get plenty of exercise from playing with me and his brother.
