Hi, I’m Jamie! I’m a lover of all animals, but admittedly prefer the furry kind. Pets are incredible for so many reasons, but my top three are:
1. Their love is unconditional. No matter what you look like, how successful you are, or how much wealth you’ve accumulated, they dig you for YOU!
2. They can be amazing snuggle buddies. I know this isn’t true of all pets, but my pups are the best snugglers I know!
3. They’re fantastic listeners. It doesn’t even matter what you say, there’s no judgment coming from them!
I currently have 2 male Boston Terriers (neutered, ages 7 and 8). They’re my world! Without having had any human kids, these fur babies suffice just fine. They love to walk, sleep, snuggle, and eat! I couldn’t ask for better companions!
I really do love animals. And while I know that most pet walkers and sitters say this, I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Your pets will be treated like kings/queens when they’re with me. I am able to assure all of their needs are tended to, including some of the things other sitters won’t do (oral and topical medications, injections, eye drops, special food preparation). Just let me know what your pet needs and I will happily accommodate!
I enjoy getting to know each pet. Every pet I have ever met has had a unique personality and I thoroughly enjoy learning it by spending quality time with them. What constitutes quality time is different for every pet, so I never get bored!

I currently have a pet CPR/First Aid certification through CPR Colorado. The focus was on cats and dogs, but some of the information is applicable to most pets (the mammals, that is). Having had a pet with chronic health issues, I am comfortable and proficient with administering all types of medication (topical, eye drops, injectables, and oral) and caring for pets during and after seizures.

Summary.
I am able to provide overnight and day care services for MOST pets. Exclusions would be farm animals, venomous snakes, and tarantulas. I will do everything in my power to ensure your pet has a fantastic time and all of his or her needs are met. My schedule is variable as I currently do a variety of gig jobs, but your pet(s) will never be left unattended for more than 6 hours at a time. Each day with me will be tailored to your pets needs and desires. If your pet likes to walk multiple times a day, we can do that! Or if they prefer naps and snuggle time, we can do that! Just give me an idea about what your pet likes to do and if they have any quirks I should be aware of, and we’ll have a great time! I generally only host for one client (could be multiple pets though) at a time, unless I am caring for a caged animal (hamster, Guinea pig, rabbit, etc.). If I do happen to have a caged animal, I will always check with both clients before booking another pet.
