Emma's Pet Care @ Basingstoke

I have been a pet owner for over 30 years. my first pet being a rescue dog that I got through working as a veterinary nurse in a vets.

My other pets have ranged from tortoises, rabbits, guinea pigs, a cockatiel, an African Grey parrot. cats and dogs. All my pets have been rescue pets that I have got through the vets I have worked with. At the moment my pets consist of a rescued French Bull dog and a Collie cross rescued from Spain. Most of my pets have health issues but because I studied veterinary nursing I'm happy and confident in administering medication.
I am a reliable. trustworthy, honest. caring individual who will look after your pet as though they were my own. My adult career has either been working in kennels or veterinary practices so I have a great deal of experience working with animals. I have been pet sitting for a number of years now with established clients. Some of these pets I look after are on long term medication like insulin which I am happy to administer.
I enjoy all animals and all the work that goes with them. I'm happy to do all the cleaning, grooming, feeding, caring, walking and anything else associated with making sure they are well looked after in my care.

I studied veterinary nursing at Berkshire college of agriculture when I first started working. I took exams and passed level 1. I have worked in 4 different veterinary practices and undertaken different CPD days while there. I currently work part time in a veterinary practice and am very experienced in looking after animals.
