In the past we have worked with the RSPCA in England housing a variety of animals such as reptiles, iguanas, tortoises, bearded dragons, geckos, snakes as well as small animals like sugar gliders, Guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters we also worked closely with a charity from Germany rehoming cats and dogs here in Spain called New Life for Spanish Animals. We have 3 dogs who are very friendly and love having company and play mates.

Summary.
We believe in holistic quality care, we provide a home from home for each pet in our care. My day typically begins at 6.30 when each pet is fed according to the owners instructions you can either food for your pet or we provide healthy good quality food for each animal and their water bowls are cleaned and filled with fresh water several times per day, we then go for our morning exercises we believe exercise enriches both mentally and physically it helps their muscles, heart and immune system to stay in tip top condition, walks, playing fetch or engaging in stimulating quality time. Cuddles and petting helps to promote well being so we allow this time before our yoga practice which most of our furry clients love. Then any outside are as are cleaned or litter boxes so that we start the day clean and tidy. If a pets require medication it is done after I have washed my hands I learned infection prevention during my time as a nurse. I ensure that all pets are safe and happy and then send a message to their owner updating them no the welfare of their pet usually with a nice photo, to allow their owner can relax knowing their cherished baby is having fun. Depending no the weather we go for our evening walk around 6 pm we don’t take the animals out when the ground is still to hot for their paws, we use the rule if the ground is to hot for our feet and we wouldn’t walk bare foot why should our fur babies we allow time for the animal to sniff and enjoy their outdoors activities. Toys are collected food bowls washed this routine helps the animals know that is evening. Next if any of the dogs or cats need grooming this is the perfect time. If you are like me there is nothing better than curling up no the sofa to watch the latest Netflix series and animals are like us want to wind down. We have one more supervised toilet break before we head to bed. Each pet is different whether they sleep in a quiet area or on the bed we try to keep this as close to their normal bedtime practice even if it means we have a few more babies no the bed.
