I am Bai Xiang. I'm a dog trainer who has 12 years of experience with dog since police k9 during my National service till now as a dog trainer.
My passion for dog has never change since the first time I encountered dog and love to work with them ever since.
My training method is Natural Dog Training founded by Kevin Behan and taught by Melissa Ong. Soon after, I've improvised my training method. I am the founder of Soul Truth Dog Training and this training method is to help dog heal rather than training. I'm sure all dogs can be trained by healing. It takes time for the dog to be grounded and right method to heal like a scar that need time to slowly close up the wound. I don't teach a dog not to bite but what to bite.
Police K9 during my National Service(NS) with Malinois, German Shepherd, Border Collie, Springer Spaniel, Labrador
Volunteered for shelter with Singapore Special.
Worked in Chow cute cafe and take care of chow chow and grooming for many type of dog.
Worked in horse gallop to take care of horses.
Worked in Nparks took care of different type of animals.
My old schnauzer which past away.
Have a white cat still alive and kicking.
With all my experience, it's all about energy and what is best for the animal at the moment. What we think about them is wrong, what we feel about them is right. By in touch with our emotion, we can truly feel what they feel.
I am experience and confident handing dog and able to provide great knowledge and skill for my client. Ultimately helped both owner and dog heigthen bond and relationship in a whole new level.
Dog owner loves their dog very much. Can we love ourselves as much as they love our dog? Without self-love and self respect, how can we know what is true love means. Without knowing true love, how do we expect other to give us unconditional true love. I enjoyed this field of work because I am improving mysel***ecoming my better version of myself every single day.

About Soul Truth Dog Training
Summary.
Without having a calm mind, dog wouldn't really wants to connect with us where there is much excitable things in outdoor. I provided a calm yet exciting training where the dog are about to gain attraction and focus with the handler. With a strong bond and connection, most of the "bad" behaviour will slowly diminished. Dog don't actually wants to be bad, they have no choice to but to choose to be this way because we couldn't feel and connect with them, and they have to release those feeling in a easier way to release those trapped emotions.

My training methods
The training method is not positive or negative. It is customized by the dog and owner needs. Which is the best way to train the dog and what it needs and similarity the owner has to be train as well to speed up the process.
Results that can be expected to be delivered
What do the owner really want for their dog? Is it just potty training? Obedient training? There is so many obedient training out there yet the dog doesn't change but only did well with sit and down? What is the owner really wants for their dog and I am able to achieve the result that the owner wants.

It is depends on the owner and dog to have the best result in a short period of time.

All pet are welcome. Aggressive, biting, barking, reactive to dog or human or anxiety, shutdown. My speciality is behaviour modification and rehabiliation. To improve the dog behaviour and also the bonding between the dog and the owner.
My qualifications
I have been with dog since my first encounter in police K9 and that is where I am learning about dog and slowly work in different profession with dog and gain experience throughout. Volunteer in shelter to train newbie of how to handle dog. I also received training from Natural Dog Training where I learnt to rehab dog and improve their condition.
