Hi there my name is Emerald, I'm 19 years old, and I have a profound love for animals! I have had a lot of experience caring for other peoples pets as well as my own! I am eager to spend time with some new pets and can adapt to the required needs of all different animals, including specific diets, exercise and whatever the owner prefers! I am a very passionate person, and have many different interests including, arts & crafts, travel, design, fitness, cooking and music! I am always up for an enjoyable experience but am very responsible when it most counts! I would love to care for any animal or animals, part-time, to dog-walk, or on last minute occasions, as well as overnight dog-sitting at owners house! I have a very flexible schedule and am mostly looking to make some extra money to save up for travels! I look forward to working with you and your beloved animal
I used to live with my aunt who has a Maltese poodle, I practically cared for it for 2 years on a daily basis because I was homeschooled and my aunt worked long hours! I also have a lot of experience pet-sitting other dogs, sometimes overnight as well. I now live with my boyfriend who has 2 dogs, one is a basset hound and the other is a German shepherd mix, very high energy, which I also feed and walk daily. I have also cared for bunnies, hamsters, and gold fish.
I also have high-energy and a profound love for animals that keeps me playing with them for hours! I would never feed a pet human food, knowing many owners do, I think it only makes your dogs life shorter and I am very conscious about what they put in their bodies! I am also a very good amateur dog trainer, my pets know multiple tricks.
As a child growing up I never had my own dog because my parents would not allow it, and I had this incredible love for animals that I was always finding ways to care for other dogs. So just spending time with animals always brings me peace and happiness!
