I worked for the Ümraniye Animal Shelter in Istanbul for 8+ years as a volunteer where we would feed and take care of vulnerable stray animals with a very limited budget. My cat is in Turkey and is a rescued stray. I also owned and took care of 2 dogs in the past, a German Shepherd (Hera) and a Doberman(Nero). I live in Montreal now and miss them every single day.
